Stay alert, Lee has scheduled this year's last school for dictionary distribution during May, please contact Lee and let him know you can help.
On Friday April 1, 2016 12:30 pm at Alexander D. Henderson University School (ADHUS) Lee brought dictionaries and President Beverly, PDG Phil, PDG Steve, Larry, John and Jerry helped distribute them to the third graders.  Teachers: Heather Arp, Rachael Murbach, and Brittney Williams.
On Wednesday, March 30, 2016, 8:30 am Lee was accompanied by PDG Steve, Jerry, Larry, and John at Advent Lutheran School.  There was only one class, but we were rewarded nonetheless along with teacher Mrs Joy Dornblaser as we witnessed the joy and enthusiasm of owning "my very own dictionary" and  anxiously browsing through to find presidents, planets, Braille alphabet, maps, and other items of special interest to inquisitive third graders.
On Tuesday, February 23, 2016, 8:00 am Lee was accompanied by President Beverly, Sue, Larry, and Jerry at Calusa Elementary to see the enthusiasm and joy among more than 200 third graders as they hoped they would be able to pronounce the longest word (about 2,000 characters) in their new dictionary.  Some also began practicing sign language letters, also found in their new dictionaries.

This is a very rewarding project, the excitement the third graders express when they receive their very own dictionaries is amazing.  Lee and inactive past president Carlos Muhletaler distributed dictionaries to St Jude Elementary 3rd graders on Monday, February 8, 2016, 8:30 am.  It would have been better if a couple of our active members could have joined them also.
On December 18, 2015 Lee, Ana, John, Steve, and Jerry distributed about 200 dictionaries to Verde Elementary 3rd graders and enjoyed the excitement and joy on the faces of their new owners.
